OpenUniverse

OpenUniverse brings ticket management, AI investigation agents, infrastructure tooling, and operational telemetry into one workspace. Agents can investigate incidents through MCP-based tools, work with approved SSH actions, and persist their findings as ticket comments and session analytics.

The platform combines a Go API and WebSocket backend with a Vue dashboard, PostgreSQL, OpenRouter models, and an extensible agent runtime. It is being developed into a broader operations environment for infrastructure, automation, fleet management, and human-approved agent workflows.
